Oldcastle Materials is an international construction company and materials supplier. As they expand, they acquire local providers around the country, each with their own identity and established base of customers. In Texas, they needed a way to give their five companies a shared digital presence without detracting from the unique strengths of each sub-brand.

Recruiting Campaign

Staffing on large infrastructure is tricky when a skilled workforce is in such high demand. The work itself isn't really any different from what you'd do at a competing company, so we had to emphasize the company's commitment to the employee and to the work itself.
